We structure and execute the agreements on both sides — with the customer and with each contractor we place — and we adapt the vehicle to fit how your program actually buys.
Partner network flow-down
When a placement comes through one of our partner firms, the terms and requirements from your contract flow down to them, tracked per contract. You hold one agreement with Odeka.
Timekeeping and reporting
Hours are collected, reviewed, and reported centrally across direct placements and partner-sourced contractors alike, so your program gets one consistent picture.
